To coincide with the release of our new album Trouble Fête, we have produced a video for the track ‘A part of Myself‘. The song is loosely inspired by a Maloya rhythm and evokes liberation in an inner journey through dance and trance.
The video was shot by Supakriss from Phazzz Production in an old natural silk stocking factory in the French Cévennes (Le Bas Elfe). The factory was dismantled shortly after the end of the Second World War, at a time when nylon tights were emerging.
Peter Piek and his son Anton created the painting on the wall, and I edited the video. Thanks to Jérémy, Jeanne, Basile and Camille.
